The Korean Academy of Child Health Nursing was designed to contribute to the improvement of the theories and practices of child health nursing through exchanges with national and international academies. 

  Its foundation objectives are presented as follows: To encourage theoretical and practical development of child health nursing through academic and multi-discipline exchanges between members and to contribute health maintenance, health promotion, disease prevention and recovery for children and their families, including infants and adolescents.
